99bdt Terms & Conditions

Applicability

These Terms apply to all of the following parties:

• Any person who browses the 99bdt website
• Any person who registers on or manages an account at 99bdt
• Any person who uses our gaming or betting services
• Any person who receives bonuses, promotions, or rewards

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on 99bdt. We take a strict stance against minors participating in gaming. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

Registration Terms

• Each individual may operate only one account — multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, truthful, and up to date
• You must operate the account in your own name and using your own payment method
• Operating an account on behalf of someone else or in the interest of a third party is not permitted
• The email address and phone number provided when creating the account must be active and belong to you

Password & Login Security

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone
• Always use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters
• If you log in from a public computer or device, log out immediately after use
• If you receive a login notification from an unfamiliar device, contact the support team immediately

Account Usage Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If unauthorised access occurs, you must notify the 99bdt support team immediately. Any losses resulting from failure to notify will be your responsibility.

Processing Times

Deposit requests are generally processed instantly. Withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the verification process. If a withdrawal is for an unusually large amount or requires additional verification, this time may be extended. 99bdt will notify you in advance in such cases.

Welcome Bonus Terms

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000, the bonus stops at the maximum limit — ৳5,000 bonus, total balance ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a 25x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 (৳2,000 × 25) in bets before that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met
• Bets placed on certain games may not count toward completing wagering requirements
• The deposited amount can be withdrawn from the account while wagering is in progress
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires

General Bonus Terms

• Each individual may claim the welcome bonus only once
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another player
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless otherwise stated
• 99bdt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time
• If bonus misuse or fraud is proven, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended

General Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG)
• Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail within the game interface
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 99bdt will notify you of the next steps
• Recorded game logs are considered final — in the event of any dispute, server data will take precedence

Sports Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed and the event has started, the bet cannot be cancelled
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded
• Winnings will be credited to your account only after the official result has been announced
• If there is a dispute over the result of any match, the decision of the official governing body is final

List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Misuse or fraud involving bonuses or promotional offers
• Using any form of cheating software or bots
• Colluding with other players to fix matches
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behaviour
• Opening an account using a fake identity or a minor's identity

• No part of the platform may be imitated, copied, or redistributed
• Reverse engineering the game software or any part of it is prohibited
• Only limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our services
• Your data is never sold to third parties
• Data may be used for security verification and to meet legal obligations
• Payment-related information is protected by the highest level of encryption

Reasons for Account Suspension

• Suspicion or evidence of a terms violation
• Additional information required for identity verification
• Suspicion of fraudulent or unusual financial activity
• During investigation of bonus misuse
• At the user's own request (responsible gaming)

Account Closure Process

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed; however, any bonuses will be cancelled if there are incomplete wagering requirements. Even after the account is closed, transaction records will be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Liability Exceptions

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to an internet connection failure
• If a delay occurs due to issues with a third-party payment gateway
• If services are unavailable due to a force majeure natural disaster or other cause
• If an account is damaged due to the user's own negligence

Change Process

• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the opportunity to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance
